Eric Feltman is a hospitality consultant, restaurant designer, and lifelong storyteller whose work bridges culinary artistry and emotional truth. A founding member of Pegasus Theatre Chicago and former performer, he writes across genres - memoir, children’s literature, and comedy - with a signature blend of vulnerability, wit, and quiet mystery. His first memoir, The Light on the Wall, is currently in development for publication. He is based in suburban Chicago. Eric shares his life with Akira, a Bengal cat and steadfast companion through many kitchens.
